They tell you, your payment is $68 a month, then they expect you to pay your own insurance, and on top of that, they try to change the price of your unit. All the time they charge you over It is ridiculous

I paid them and my bill was supposed to be $68 and somehow, in 2 months. It's over 300 That explains why they have pretty much every storage unit open.I would definitely not recommend it.The most horrible customer service, horrible people try to upcharge you constantly guarantee you a certain rate.And then charge you three hundred and something dollars for months when it's supposed to be 68 this is the worst experience i've ever had with a storage company i'm contacting your business bureau if you have any kind of common sense, do not pick this company, they are a joke

The girl running the office was great! Very helpful very informative. However, when I called two times, the number for GSI in my web search, I spoke with a man with a foreign accent, who was very difficult to understand. He also didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t understand my questions. It was almost like he had some kind of script he would not deviate from. Again the location office staff was great. But the only reason I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give top score for customer service was because of those two phone calls.

I did everything online as I was moving from Naples Florida to Crossville Tennessee. The entire process was very simple stress-free when I came and checked in the gentleman who helped me was great originally the unit I picked was not the size I actually needed and he was awesome finding me the next size up and upgrade process worked out great highly recommend

Very easy on line reservation system and just as easy checking in. Dollies are available if needed - a real plus since I've had to run out to buy one once before unloading into a different unit elsewhere. Very clean, and I felt very safe the entire 3 hours I was in my building unloading!

I personally have had a fair time renting a unit from Go Store It storage company, which is now the name of the company I originally rented from which is central storage. The only complaint I have is that I was not told any point ahead of time that my storage place would be selling out into another company, which resulted in my payment going up approximately an extra $41 which I was never fore warned about ever but other that that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had an excellent time renting here. I do wish the storage units had a light switch in them though!
