I called to upgrade my unit and was transferred four times before finally ending up with the local unit and having to leave a callback number. Your people don't know what each other does and doesn't do. Upon finally getting through to the local lady, Sherry, I was set up with an appointment to talk to her later. At the appointment, I was allowed to upgrade, but not at the prices advertised online. At one point I decided to cancel, but was told I would not get a refund. So, I went ahead with the upgrade. If Sherry had not taken care of me in the end, I would have cancelled anyway. No happy!

Friendly folks, good communication. I like the security and the fact that all units are inspected daily for security. Also like that the facility has set hours of operation.

We had a reservation and asked the woman working to help us after waiting 15- 20 minutes up front. She saw us pull in and waiting and she still did nothing. She said “I’ll be up there when I’m done” with an attitude. We waited another 10 minutes and she still didn’t come up there. I came back and she was slowly sweeping. I told her she had the worst customer service and to let us out. Never again will I use this facility. Hire better staff. Don’t try to make it better you already lost a potential customer.

This is the first time I've rented a storage unit, and it has been a smooth process. I took advantage of an awesome summer sale, and I reserved my unit with an associate over the phone. At the storage facility, Paula was extremely welcoming and very helpful. She explained the details of my contract and quickly got my account set up. The unit was clean and ready, and I was able to get my belongings moved in easily. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone in need of personal storage.

Easy access. Quick in and out BUT hidden fees doubled the amount I thought I was paying. I didn't like that.

Just overall great customer service, I am a returning customer and I highly recommend using public storage

The person that I spoke with on the phone, as well as the lady who greeted & helped us on site was very nice,friendly & helpful! Two things kinda bothered me because I thought we were taking advantage of the " $ 1.00 for 1st months special " I expected some "paperwork" type fees & I think I was told on the phone that would be around 24.00 . When I got to the site, I ended up,paying like $55. Plus dollars. & was told that I HAD to take out at least the minimum insurance plan ??? Also it's kinda difficult getting in the offsite lot. You can not pull forward enough to get totally off the road with a trailer.!!!

I began renting a unit yesterday and had a wonderful experience with Paula. I let her know that I was somewhat in a hurry to get it all done before work, and she very politely got me through the process as quickly as possible, while still explaining all of the paperwork and details. It took no time at all, and I was very pleased with the size and location of my unit! Clean place with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff! Deserves more than 5 stars

The property manager was very polite and extremely helpful. This is my first experience and with her it was easier than I thought. She deserves 7 stars.

Hi, my only complaint is that I had to come in a week prior to my move and save my unit. I was charged for a week while my unit sits empty. Other than that, they look very clean and secure...
