When I arrived at the facility there was no one at the office and the door was locked. When I tried calling all I got was prerecorded messages and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get through to talk to anyone. I did receive a return call about 36 hours later. They have a sign at the facility showing that the first month is free but when I questioned why I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t offered this deal I was informed that it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t apply to all rentals and was regulated by corporate headquarters. Havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t heard from corporate representative.

The booking was easy, but seeing as its self storage I had a horrible time getting in contact with a person at the facility to confirm my unit and get an access code. Ended up calling 8 times. Arrived on the day and had to wait at the gate and enter when someone exited to get in. Once there friendly service and fast service.
