Only problem is I think you all should inform customers that the $33 is not towards your monthly it’s first month and administration fees I was very unaware of that

It was extremely convenient. I was able to pay and place all of my possessions the unit with ease. Afterwards.... I have received multiple calls, emails, and text messages regarding my visitation to your storage facility. The last message today, stayed that if I wanted to rent the unit that I reserved, that this was the last day to do so. I already paid and all of my possessions are stored in the unit. I have a receipt and the payment shows on my bank account as paid.

We checked with several storage companies before making a decision. We liked that Midguard offered us our first full month for free and it was located right down the road making for easy access and convenience.

Very easy and friendly. It was nice to set things up online and just come in to sign some things. Very clean!

I was surprised how easy it was to check in with the virtual assistant. Facility is in great condition with ample surveillance.

I needed somewhere close to my son and this facility was close and safe. The attendant on screen was very helpful. Thank you.

I reserved my rental moved some boxes but will complete by end of the month. I am very pleased thank you.

The move had some issues with a faulty electric box in the first spot we were assigned, so we had to move to another spot which is quite dirty. There currently is at least a half inch of dirt caked on the ground in the spot that we have our coach parked in.

Reservation was quick and simple and the customer service was amazing.
