Other than showing some age everything seems in order. Extremely competent and professional service with everything completed online and/or by phone, effortlessly. Be aware that the driveways between buildings are tight. I could manuever my JGC and 5x8 trailer just fine but I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think two vehicles could have passed each other in front of my 10x15 storage unit.

Clean and easy, local and reasonably priced

Found it online and did everything remotely. Arrived, entered and stored my property without any delay of lines, paperwork or anything to slow me down. First experience with a completely hands off transaction and it was surprisingly smooth.

Staff were incredibly nice, friendly and were very helpful throughout the process.

This storage facility has a lovely customer service and ease of booking online. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage in the area.

The local people are very helpful. The person I spoke with initially to rent the unit was not very helpful and did not give me complete information. The unit is easy to get into, clean, and in a good location. I would recommend to anyone needing extra or temporary storage.

I didn't realize that you had to go to a central office first. So it took me a while to get set up. Still a basic storage place. Not climate controlled though.

Real quick and so pleasant to deal with. Needed a storage unit real fast and I reserved one and he even waited on me. Stayed over for me to come pay for it so I could have it that evening. They are awesome in my book. Thanks guys!!!

The unit I originally had was a bit small, so I asked to upgrade and it was perfect. The lady was polite and the unit was clean. Can't ask for much more

Clean. Kiosk printer doesnt work so i had to wait to get ahold of manager to get my unit number.

Good service making sure I got my location though availability was an issue. they stayed in contact with me and got me my unit.

Turned in copy of homeowners insurance

Had problems with reservations. Travel from out of town and expected everything to be in order for the move-in. The facility mgr (Mike) finally worked everything out and we moved-in just before the rain started. it took about 45 - 1 hr to get everything corrected.

Very good except it took around fifteen minutes before someone realized I was waiting for assistance and came into the office

Just Store It has provided us with excellent care. Not only have they been a great facility, but a great friend.

This is the best storage rental I have ever used. The staff are the best as well. You should be proud that you have such great employees.

we have been at this storage unit for almost a year and have had SO many problems getting into the unit with the key pad....ALWAYS a issue then you have to call the # which is a call center they send a message to the manager and you have to wait for a call.....the call center and store manager have VERY BAD commacation. I do not recommend this storage unit to anyone..for the price i pay a month i should NEVER have a problem.
