Just Store It - State of Franklin Rd

I would be very leery of using this location. We used them last summer to store my grandson's dorm furniture for the summer between semesters. They were great to worked with, it was a great experience, so of course we went back this year. I am not sure if they are under different management but it was a totally different experience. I went on line, several weeks in advance, to reserve the unit. I receive an email confirmation securing the size unit I needed and a complete breakdown of the monthly rent and one time administration fee need at the time of rental. When we arrived on site the morning of move in they requested a higher than stated admin fee. I showed them the confirmation I had received, only to be told " the website is run by a different company", and "we do not honor rates listed there". They did not honor the monthly rate promised when I reserved the unit on line because we reserved the unit in April and this was May. Yes the reservation was made in April but the dates requested started in May. The confirmation we received stated the move in date was May 5th. We had no choice but pay the inflated fees, because we needed to move in that day. We left and went to the campus to move my grandson out of his dorm, which took a couple of hours. When we returned to the facility we realized the elevator was out of service, yet they had rented us a second floor unit. I went back to the office to inquire about the elevator and was told it had been out of order for a couple of days, they were waiting for the service people, hopefully the next day. We live two hours away from the school and had already moved out of the dorm. We had no choice but to carry everything up two flights of stair, refrigerator and furniture and boxes. The whole situation let a lot to be desired, personnel attitude was totally unprofessional and un called for. My grandson has two more years in school, we will be looking for a different location / business to use in the future.

Filling out the paperwork online was a breeze. The facility is very clean. Plenty of loading space and entrances so loading things even to the second floor is pretty easy.

They are WAY to expensive on a small, no climate controlled unit! I'm on disability and $89 dollars a month is just to much! Especially when you only get 650 a month. Am looking for a cheaper unit.

I had to move in immediately, the kind staff helped me with all of my needs. Facility is clean and well lit. They even had empty boxes I could use!

We live in Cleveland, TN and our daughter attends ETSU. We wanted to store her apartment things for the summer and had a limited time frame to find storage and move some things in. The lady in the office on April 21, 2018, was very helpful and accommodating with our rushed schedule.

The unit we was showed was smaller than the one we were given. Other than that it was a good experience.

Good location, secure and clean facility, and excellent customer service.

All the staff are helpful and friendly. If you ever have any problem it will get taken care of. If Nicole can't fix it, Mike will. If Mike can't fix it, Seth will.

I have two spaces and everyone is always helpful.

I have used this storage facility for years. i would not go anywhere else. the staff is great and will help you get back in your unit after you break your key off in the lock! they are fantastic people
