Not particular happy with the fact that I have to have a renters insurance because what I have in my 5x5 isn't worth the deductible so I would never claim it anyway so that's a waste of my money

I rented a 10x10 unit and it doesn't have a big door like I expected it to instead it has two tiny doors. Super unhappy. Also there's a transition of rocks from the pavement into the unit so you can't wheel things in.

My only disappointment was that the unit was not as tidy as I had hoped it would be. (I did not come prepared to clean up when I brought my 1st load on rental morning, but it was still totally usable space, just a bit of cobwebs and such). My locking latch is out of order, but I'm sure it will be corrected asap. The staff are nice and seem down to earth; I appreciate that.
