We had to rent a unit at the last minute and Bearden self storage can through. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. Excellent prices great location had my key in 10-15 minutes

Storage unit just what I was looking for! Clean with easy access. Location perfect for my needs! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for great rental prices, and very good customer services!

My wife and I recently moved into town and needed a place to stick our extra stuff asap. Bearden was very accommodating and helped get the process done fast so we could move our stuff over the next day.

The staff was very freindly and willing to work with me.

If there was one suggestion I would have them extend the Saturday hours. I don't need 24 hour access but was very surprised that they closed at 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

I looked all over town for a reasonably priced storage unit to put my business records. Bearden Self Storage beat everyone else's price for a 10x10. They are very close to both my old location and my new location. The facility is monitored by security cameras and has locked gates after hours. Very pleased with my unit.

There are a lot of unit options, all priced lower than seemingly everywhere else in town, the staff seemed very nice, the units themselves are clean and well-lit and also seemed to stay relatively cool despite 95 degree weather which is a huge plus considering they aren't climate controlled. Paperwork took virtually no time at all and there were no reservation fees or anything like that. Only criticisms are that the units themselves aren't very secure (BYO padlocks and the door to my building was unlocked when I got there because someone had forgotten to lock it back up before they left) and the hours can be pretty inconvenient (closes at 2:00 on Saturdays and closed on Sundays) but I needed to do most of my moving after work and on the weekend so that might not be a problem for anyone else. However the low prices made me much more willing to work around those obstacles. Overall I'm very happy with my experience.

The staff is friendly and the pricing is readonable, unlike a lot of other storage companies in the area I looked into. The paperwork was short and to the point, and I was unloading my moving truck within 15 minutes of my arrival. This was the easiest thing to take care of at the end of a long move and was much appreciated.

It was an easy process. Pull up, went to the office and paid. Took about 5 minutes to get the key to my storage. The owner even met me at the storage and swept the floor for me.

Clean storage units, convenient Knoxville location. Only negative is the hours are not always convenient. There were times I drove out there to get into my unit and found they were closed. This is particularly a hassle on weekends. However, the office staff are kind and professional and the prices reasonable for Knoxville.

Old school service based on a business that's been around for decades. Glad I managed to find them and call. No frills but the best prices in town and all the important stuff delivered in 5-star service to the customer.

THIS UNIT WAS EASY TO FIND, RESERVE WITH NO DOWN PAYMENT, AND THEN JUST SHOW UP AND GET THE KEY. EASY PEASY!! ALL GOOD SERVICE ALL THE WAY DOWN THE LINE. CAN'T THINK OF A SINGLE THING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!

The storage unit was very large and clean and the staff was very friendly, but the hours are terrible though!! They close the gates at 8pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays. After these hours, you can't access your unit. They are also closed on Sunday. Security is kind of loose. I was never asked to show any identification or proof that I even rented a unit with them. I simply walked in and said "hey I have a unit in the last door here on the left. Can you unlock it for me," and I was handed a key to get into the halls, where I could have easily cut locks off of units and stollen valuables if I were a criminal. Oh yeah, and there were no cameras anywhere onsite that I could see. But as far as I know, nobody has broken into any units or stollen anything so I guess they don't feel the need for a ton of security...

Finding the front office was a bit challenging, but other than that I have no complaints!

Although not climate controlled, the concrete units stay cool all year round. No problems with bugs or moisture. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I didn't realize until after I had already paid that the unit was only open until 2 on Saturday and not open at all on Sunday. Makes moving on the weekend a little difficult.

The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. The terms of the agreement were explained very clearly and in detail. I appreciated their kindness during a difficult time in my life.

They were helpful and honest. The guy even helped us move stuff off our truck into the unit.
