you need to know the size of your units, that 3' makes a big difference. Don't tell a customer something , and it's not what its suppose to be. It makes loading much, much more difficult. I told them i have a 26' u-haul and a truck with a trailer, which I could not get it on that row. I had to bring things to my unit from an inter row, because you don't listen to me to give me the right info. All you want to do is sell something just to make a sale. Be sure of what your selling. Don't tell a customer what they want to here, tell them the truth.
