About Knoxville Star Storage Alcoa
Knoxville Star Storage Alcoa is a new facility that opened up in May 2023. We offer standard drive up units as well as climate controlled spaces. We also offer covered parking with electricity hookups for RVS, campers, and boats. We are located off of Alcoa Highway between Pellissippi Parkway and Topside Road.

Storage is adequate for my move. Plenty of room outside for parking in the truck to work. Seems to be a secure facility.

I would recommend your company, but when you get charged for two months, thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the problem I have. I was charged for two months when I made my purchase for one unit.

Very clean and new. Easy to find and seems secure. Gate stays open a bit too long but otherwise it seems like a great storage facility.

Katie greeted us and answered all our questions. We were looking at a few options but Katie's extra effort and willingness to discuss all the details won us over. The alternative RV storage facilities were the same price or lower but Katie made the difference in our decision. She was also willing to explain and make the site work for us. She even gave us a combined military and senior discount. Katie made all the difference because she far exceeded the onsite managers at other storage facilities.
