The facility is very clean and well maintained. Magen in the office was super friendly & helpful, made sure to meet our needs by calling for paperwork help at other sites when the internet was out. We are very impressed so far.

Came from another storage facility that was way too high in price, rude employees, not a clean place, got to Mini Storage and they have the best deals and super nice employees, the facility was very clean and well taken care of. Haven't had any issues with security or employees or the business. I appreciate the price and knowing that I don't have to worry about my belongings.

I had my possesions stored there for 2 years. I called to let them know I would be clearing it out Feb 3. I was told they do not pro rate so I have to pay for the whole month.I was also told they require a 30 day notice prior to vacating. I was not told this when I rented. Avoid this place like you would COVID!!

Daniel was absolutely superb. He helped me from this end in Georgia. I filled out the lease agreement with his help. He was patient, personable and knowledgeable. I am forever indebted to him. Thank you Daniel. You are a real asset to your organization.

The great service started with customer service that took my reservation over the phone. He worked hard to find me a location with pull up access close to me. I wish I could remember his name but he was great. Once at the location Racheal Henry continued the great service. She was efficient and very knowledgeable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend their services..

I came after a phone call with another customer rep. When I came in the lady had everything I needed and what I was quoted was actually the price I was given. I was very surprised on how clean unit was you. The grounds are very clean. I was just a very happy customer all together! Great job!

Everything is good here except paying for climate control I expect it to be. Everything was turned off

To say the staff here is unprofessional would be an understatement. I was in a situation and had to leave my trailer overnight and they not only immediately had it toad but use a tow company but I couldn't get ahold of for almost a month just to find out they auctioned off my trailer and all the contents. Not only are they very rude they also I have no compassion for anyone in a hard situation. I had offered to even pay as I had left my trailer very out of the way alleviated but they ignored all my emails and messages until it was too late for my belongings. Not even a week after that the gate was somehow damaged and has been for over a month so anybody that wants to convulse right in the place I even think I saw a homeless person or someone possibly squatting in a camper on the premises. Don't let the cleanliness and new facade after place for you it's ran by very impolite and unprofessional staff

The facility and units are very clean and even has a clean smell inside. Staff is very friendly and always prompt to answer questions or address any concerns. Its easy to get in and out of the property and parking is very convenient for loading.

I have had some experience with storage room hunting. Not only that but I have lived at a moving center with storage rooms as the spouse of the manager. I learned to compare the product and time the rental to your advantage(like NOT at the end of a month). So I did. There were storage rooms closer to me. Great product but I needed more options. The storage rooms were all booked for months so I looked elsewhere. I found this place online. Drove by checked out the place and was served by a great lady pitch hitting for management. My visit settled my decision but timing was not right. I had a hold placed and checked back with a tweaking of time of contract and size. Great price, my options covered, and the staff exemplary. This is a safe clean storage facility. And I had no problem with the staff at any time.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The numbers for the storage units where a bit difficult to navigate but, it was not too bad. The doors all lock behind you and they have great security.

Stood outside 10 min while staff was on phone..only to be greated at the door by theses words..I was on the phone with a customer...sent there by staff in maryville who stated availability wide open...staff at Knoxville location stated LIMITED AVAILABILITY...confused I left...found a unit in my sz total out the door 57...with huge personable professionalism....

Very nice storage facility, brand new, convenient, and had a great move-in special.

Not being familiar with facilities in the area my selection started with an awesome phone call with Norma. The facility was cleaner friendlier and convenient. The Security is GREAT!

I would highly recommend this facility.

The only disappointment is the only dumpster available is for personnel only. There should also be one for renters.

Overall it is exactly what I was looking for. Clean and maintained. Very secure. Not too expensive. Courteous and very helpful staff. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get in the gate at 2am and within 10 minutes they had me in even at that hour.
