The location, facility and staff are top notch.

I would have preferred a combination lock instead of the newer tube style.

Easy access to facility. Safe and clean

The customer service was outstanding they really helped me in picking out a storage explain everything to me step-by-step walk with me to the stores unit explain to me about the storage unit. The facility is self was beautiful I actually thought it was a business facility just from looking on the outside of it. And when you walk in it was clean and it smelled good. I would recommend this unit 10 times. The price for me was a little high I must say that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little high for the price but overall everything else was beautiful. Thank you.

We booked the reservation same day, got there a couple hours later. Cody helped us out with any questions we had and gave us great info on where our storage unit is and the best way to get to it. Overall great experience here.

Easy signup process and great customer service. However, I was told on the phone no insurance was required when I made the reservation. The clerk on site informed me their insurance is mandatory and must be purchased with the rental unit. Had I known that up front, I would have chosen a competitor.

My landlord advised that she was selling my rental home so I needed to find somewhere to move to immediately. I had several items that needed to be placed in storage until my new home was ready. Prime storage had a storage larger enough to accommodate my items upon short notice.

I found the facility to be clean, have good lighting, and hand carts at the door to use.

Safe facility, affordable and courteous staff

Prices are fair but would be the worlds greatest if they could have like some special deals for the average size storage units or maybe one in each section like for the 5×10 or 10×10 & even 10×20 make the prices a little cheaper if you get a 90 package or something. Idk just a thought
