The lock latch had a portion cut out leaving only one slot for a lock (I always prefer to use two locks when possible) and therefore more exposed for potential tampering access

Customer service is out of this world....i called 20 mins before closing, worst day ever for me, I spoke with a gentleman that was incredibly kind and patient with my spastic attitude, I had issues with my bank card and literally put me on hold, left me on the phone while my husband went to the actual bank to fix the issue, it was past closing time and this dude didn't sound bothered at all....above and beyond his job and he was so sweet....so I could get it taken care of that night and not have to wait or not have to start over.
