Had an excellant experience. would recommend.

The unit was extremely dirty when we arrived. There was dirt in dust all over the floor as well as cobwebs and spiderwebs on the walls, in the ceiling, and some kind of strange black substance that was oozing on the floor. Additionally, the door to the unit has a persistent issue where it cannot be opened or closed properly because it slides off the track.

Very easy to reserve and move in online. A little trouble locating the unit since it was not specified that my unit was in an off site facility separate from the address given in my lease. But I had no problem with the entry/exit gates and I like that they offer 24 hr access with surveillance cams. Will recommend for sure.

Was at a previous storage not associated. And they just kept jacking up the rates every 2 months. Hadn’t even been there a year. Anyways. I called Angela and she was so helpful! And it didn’t hurt that we got the second month for free! Her friendliness helped calm me after my frustration at other company. Thank you Angela!

Price was decent. Location is concerning as people hang out outside the facility regularly in groups. Unit I rented the latch was broken and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be locked so I had to call and wait to be assigned a new unit after hours. The new unit I was asssigned has a latch a toddler could break. The fence has a tree growing through it and is no longer secure as part of it is knocked down.

Angela is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed when I needed it. David was very helpful as well. The units are clean and easily accessible. Convenient location right off the interstate. One of the more secure properties I've seen.

While other companies were closed or otherwise unavailable for a weekend move, David went out of his way to ensure our move was seamless and that we had everything we needed to do the job. His customer service is outstanding, and his prices were very competitive for the area.

The storage I got at first wad to small. And she helped me get a bigger one. She was very nice and bubbly. I like this company

Your drive way on cedarwood is not meant for the faint of heart when driving a 26ft box truck. Good thing I have CDL and drove school buses

Had a bit of a mess with the tow companies on my end, but the woman working the desk was an absolute angel and helped me get things sorted out. Would store things again here purely because of her

I got the storage for my daughter, she put in in the wrong , she put her stuff in wrong storage building number, Instead of them making her move her stuff, they let her keep it and all I had to do is sign a new contract with that storage number. Great customer service.

I came in on a Sunday and felt very safe and comfortable. Space was more narrow than expected and it only took me about 6 tries to back it in. Watch the video, should be funny.

So the price is great , the location they had my unit in was good for me, the negative is this location is very old and my unit has steps to get to it, they did offer me the same size unit at the main location but it was $20!a month more. Their prices are great and they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have bunch extra charge just the rent

I reserved one storage unit and when I arrived, I was sent to a different location that was downright filthy and filled with cobwebs. From the appearance, it looked as if these units are not maintained or swept. I was very disappointed. However, because I am just relocating to Tennessee, I went on and utilized the storage for last minute purposes. But I will not recommend it to anyone.

Unit is exacting what we were looking for

Wanted a small climate controlled unit and book one online at 1069 Tater Peeler Rd. They dont have any, it was at a downtown Lebanon store. Only large ones at Tater Peeler and you have to carry stuff up and down a step. No carts available. Sheesh.

The on-site manager was extremely helpful an friendly loved the location

The only issue I have, which is minor, is that the storage unit I thought I was getting was at a totally different location then I applied for. Not a big issue though but a little inconvenient.

Our experience at move in was good, however, the facility was understaffed, which did cause a slight delay.

They are doing a great job cleaning the all the facilities up. Finally someone who know what they are doing............................................

We have had a great experience. I originally reserved online and once I got there they were able to help me find the best unit for my piano and at great price. We were running late on the day of the move and Bob stayed late so that we could bring it through the front door to avoid any steps. The staff is very nice and happy to help. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Any issues are dealt with promptly. This is the 2nd time I have used them.

I was & am very happy with the customer service. I got a call back fairly quickly, & the price is within my budget. What does concern me is that when I was checking on my area, & putting my belongings into a unit, I saw no cameras. From what I had first read, which is why I chose the place, was that there were security cameras.

I would recommend this storage facility the man I delt with was very nice.
