Great location for me and the pricing was acceptable especially in comparison to others in the area. The unit had some oil stains that needed to be cleaned prior to moving in.

Pricing is competitive, and facility is clean and secure. The customer service is great! Kristina is such an asset to this facility! She made registration a breeze. She is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The call center was also very helpful when I had to call after hours.

Kristina was busy with another customer when we arrived but was very apologetic for the delay. She was very efficient at check-in once she got to me. I was a bit surprised by the $9 charge for insurance but this can be waived with proof of coverage from homeowner's policy. 1st month free rent is best deal I found.

They were very quick in getting the paper work done and answered the phone on all my calls, which is not that common anymore.

We really needed a quick place to store our household while we moved and we were able to get a unit the night before we started moving. Was very easy to setup and the smallest unit was perfect for us. The pricing was also great but I wish i'd know the upfront costs beforehand as it negated the free first month that was offered.
