My experience was awesome. The customer service representative, Daphne, who took care of me was so pleasant and professional. It was a very hot day, but she gracefully escorted me to my unit with a smile, as if the weather was great. Keep up the good work.

My overall experience was pleasant. The building is easy to miss as the signage is small and not very noticeable from the street; however, I found it after passing it 5 times. My rate was fair, the check in process was easy, and the employee was nice and helpful.

The 10 x 15 rental was clean and as expected. However the door to the entrance was much smaller than I had assumed. I shouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve taken a look at the unit before purchasing it. Also I was required to purchase a cylinder lock which was disappointing for me since I had some padlocks I couldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used. However, the price was very good overall and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m satisfied with my experience. All that being said, the staff went out of their way to provide me with bottled water to drink during the grueling time of moving my stuff.
