The box that operates the gates malfunctioned today and the managers could not even use their codes. WHAT would happen to me if the office is closed. I would not want to spend the night in my car. Please respond to my concern.

The staff representative, Tony was extremely courteous and helpful. He was very detailed in explaining the terms in renting from this facility. The grounds and rental unit were clean and free of debris.

The process of reserving a unit was quick and easy. Interior units are nice and clean. I wish they had a light in each one. So far I am satisfied with my selection.

the facility is clean and well kept, my unit was clean when I first opened it, and the lanes of units are well spaced for any vehicle to easily access them

Yknow I actually accidentally pulled into Germantown storage first by mistake. When I realized this, I went to leave and head for Devon, and the lady behind the counter shouts, “You’ll be back! I’m better than Devon!” Well Miss, I don’t think you are. Devon storage > Germantown storage

Well, I moved my stuff into the storage unit, however, the latch would not lock and could not lock the unit with my lock. They have no after hour number to call since it was already 9pm at this point. I called and left a voicemail letting them know I had a problem, still no call back. This was 3 days ago. I somehow managed to get the unit to close and I was able to lock it. At this point I was locked in the parking lot since the gates to come in and out automatically close at a certain time and I lost track of time trying to close the unit. Again, no after hour number or help. Had to call police to let me out, police tried for 2 hours to get me out. It was a complete nightmare. Hopefully I can move my things out sooner than later.

the storage door will not open

The unit that was advertised online and what I signed for was a five by THIRTEEN foot climate controlled unit, however, it was only five by TEN. When it was brought to their attention, they said, "sorry for the inconvenience, but there are no refunds and you can pay the difference for another bigger unit if you'd like". This is not an inconvenience, it is false advertising and it seems a bit ridiculous to have to hold our end of the deal in a circumstance like this. Additionally, it is supposed to be a climate controlled unit and felt to be about 80 degrees and there is no sufficient lighting in the units, whereas our previous unit at Public Storage was MUCH cooler and lots of lighting . Although this unit is a little less expensive than Public Storage, advertising a unit to be 65 squared feet when it is actually only 50 squared feet is, not just an "inconvenience", but false advertising and a fee adjustment should be in order, or at the very least, an explanation other than "it's an approximation", 3 feet (15 squared feet) difference is huge!

They were quick and clean. I was in and out in less than 20 min.

My registration experience was smooth and the manager of the facility was friendly and helpful. The facility was easy to access and the premises felt safe.

I'm moving stuff from one storage unit at another company to another of the same size--a little closer to where I now live...they were very thorough, made sure I didn't have any questions, and I now have a great unit for less than I was paying! Thank you for the great experience!

Very poor experience with transition to Devon Storage. Poor communication. Stopped getting statements. Couldn't access website & now it is shut down. Difficult to contact local facility.
