I rented my unit on a weekday during business hours. I was told there are carts available for my use and read they were part of the amenities on line. No one mentioned nor did the website mention the carts were only for use during business hours of the rental office. When I returned to move some stuff to my unit I could not find the carts. I called the next day and she said they are locked in the rental office after hours. I wish someone had told me because that is a very important feature as my unit is very far from the front door.

The location I went to was relatively new, so everything was clean. It was not a crowded location, so I felt at ease moving in my possessions into the storage unit. There were free-to-use carts to help me move in my possessions. Olivia walked me through different size options, and helped me select the right size unit for my possessions. She was very helpful! Also, it was really simple and easy to access my unit at my own time. As a whole everything was a very smooth and simple process. I also liked how the rates were much cheaper than the competitors I researched.

Olivia was very personable and helpful. I will definitely use Public Storage again!
