Public Storage - Memphis - 2878 Covington Pike

Thanks to Kristi, our experience was awesome -- from our first phone call, to unloading and storing our belongings, to departing the site. Kristi is a consummate professional. She is meticulous about the appearance of the facility and she cares about her renters. She called a few days after we took possession of our unit to make sure we were completely satisfied. And we were.

Being here a few years needed another room and everybody was fantastic

The space is clean on the inside. Seems secure and safe. Some areas a little battered, like a corner piece that has come off the corner of the hallway and exit sign cover missing. Only 2 elevators, but it was sufficient for my needs. Could be difficult if many people moving at once.

Quick great service , clean & half the cost of my other storage unit !

I shopped around trying to find a storage facility. Public wasn't the lowest or the highest. I spoke with an employee at one of the facilities and was informed of a promotion they had. This employee was informative and friendly with taking to see the storage space that was available. These were a few reasons I choose Public. Public has many facilities and I visited a couple being treated the same way. I was lucky enough to find one not 4 minutes from my house. So I would recommend Public to anyone.

I had a reservation @ the Public Storage on Covington Pike but I didn't make it in time for it. So the young lady that was there was very kind. She helped find another location so I wouldn't miss out on my promotion. So she called the Public Storage on Scyamore View & thank GOD , they had on available for the same size unit. So I went to Scyamore View & the young lady helped me with the rest. Trust & believe I am very grateful & thankful for those two ladies, because I was having a bad day. They helped me stay strong throughout everything & I even saved money on top of that. I forgot their names but rhank yall for helping me.

Great storage.... Needs more loading carts it's only 2 at this location it needs to be at least 4.. me & some rude customers had words they took both of them I had to wait... Please get more carts I don't want to go to jail....

Tiffany helped us a great deal. We were on a waiting list she did a great job keeping us informed about availability. Now we got our space and are very pleased

Tiffany was helpful today and made sure I had everything I needed to protect against tge rain today! She also had an answer for all my concerns.

Ms Tiffany was very helpful she explain to me about how payment work and also what will be my best option in chosen a storage unit. She was knowledgeable about what she was explaing she made this visit a personal experience for me. Thanks and I will recommend this to some one.

The on site manager Brittany is awesome she is very friendly and professional

We moved to Memphis and our travel dates placed us here on a Sunday. We were so thankful they were the only people in the entire area open on a Sunday. We were able to pay our movers and not lose extra money waiting on Monday morning to come. The clerk was very professional, generous, and quick. We even got a $1.00 move in a special. Great welcome to the area.

Brittney did a great job and was so efficient while trying to accommodate 4 customers in the office. She handled them all with such professionalism and in a timely manner without skipping a beat. All left very satisfied with their service. Look forward to being a customer for a while. ??
