When being called about the reservation, I was never told about the $1 move in special. Also, I was never told about the mandatory insurance. Also, I was told that i could not put additional locks on the unit to secure my things. A $24 admin fee was never mentioned. I would also like to know why your "first month" is $1 when i have to pay the full price 2 weeks later???????

I am grateful that the team stayed late for me to check in, get into my storage, and help me gain access to my storage. At first my code wasn't working so one of the ladies at the front helped me put the few things I had into the storage unit and let me back out. They didn't even know what I'd been dealing with at the time. While I moved all of my things into the back of my car and a storage shed, they were there and I am forever grateful that they made that move as easy as they did.

Everything is fine EXCEPT some units aren't close to the advertised dimensions. 13-1/2' is not 15' !! 15' goes past the last drop off outside the 1st unit I had. I haven't measured the new one that is advertised at 10'x10' .

Overall, I like the facility. I had to rent out a second unit and felt like there could have been some sort of a discount, but there wasn't. That was kind of a disappointment. Also I rented out the same size unit and had to pay more which I also was disappointed in because I rented out around the same time. The representative was polite in explaining the units rates change daily but a $60 rate change was a little drastic in one month time frame. But I had to get it. As stated I like the location, unit size and the price of my first unit rental. My only suggestion is that if more than one unit is to rented, especially on short notice, some kind of discount should be considered.

Everything with the process went well, with the exception of the right I was quoted online versus what I was almost charged when I got there. Long story short, there were two reservations held my name though I only reserved one unit online and only received one confirmation email.A couple of days before arriving they called and asked why I had two reservations. My response was I have no idea, but that I only need one. The staff apparently took it upon themselves to keep the reservation that I did not authorize that also included a higher price. The issue eventually got worked out, however it took some time and I actually had to speak with a district manager.
