The customer service from both Three and Colt were exceptional! Every step of the process was handled with care and impressive efficiency! Only caveat (no fault of the staff) is the solo loading/unloading area and its design. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d get cramped very quickly if more than two people with trucks/trailers were present at once. Otherwise, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been the best experience weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had with a storage facility and staff!

I would give this place no stars at all. Unfortunately I had a medium size packed box removed from my unit on the first floor. And also found out, that a number of my boxes and containers had been gone through. And a large amount of items was taken. They know that you won't say or do anything for the very reason your insurance company high deductible for stolen items. This place has been a complete nightmare for me.

The reservation set- up and move- in process were super simple and very convenient! I appreciated that i could set everthing up online instead of having to find time during office hours to go into the office. The facility is VERY clean and accessible.

Everyone there was super helpful and very informative. The people who rent the facility are nice people too. I like how the place has lots of space to get in and out. The elevators are large, there's plenty of carts to get your stuff in and out. The hallways are a nice size to go down through and the facility was really clean and smells clean too.

These units are really nice and sophisticated. Also you have to have a code to even get in the building so the safety factor or your storage unit exponentially increases. Another plus i like is that since itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s inside, if thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s ever an inclement weather you wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get stuck in it being outside like a typical storage unit.

The two ladies in the office at this facility deserve special recognition for their friendliness, helpfulness, and overall professionalism. They immediately make you feel like part of the family.
