Watch out for the hidden fees. They charged my card more money the next day without permission or authorization.

I had already completed the online form, but had to complete it again once I arrived. I was expecting a physical person, not a virtual assistant and that was surprising. I was not aware of the lock system and finding the storage was a nightmare.

Upon visiting the site, I received the assistance I needed in just a few minutes. The place is clean and secure

I just had a rate increase in April 2022, now I am told I have another rate increase in July 2022. I have had 6 price increases since July 2020. This storage unit does not have any electricity - so no real explanation why all of the price increases. I am very frustrated with this company.

I went in three days earlier than my scheduled move in date and the team member that checked me in was very helpful.

There were no problems in getting everything taking care of. Miss Cat was extremely helpful, explained everything very well. Was ready to move in in a matter of minutes.

I've been a customer of this business for over seven years. During this time the communication with everyone has been no less than excellent. I've spoken with Kayla on several occasions and she is always polite, professional, is capable and competent and speaks as if she enjoys the interaction with the customer..............and I know she does! On one occasion I was referred to the Regional Manager James who exhibited the same qualities; polite, very capable and competent and was eager to resolve my issue. A true reflection of, "professionalism in action". You can say a, "storage locker is a storage locker" which is true, but it's the people behind the organization, The Kayla's and James' that differentiate this company from the rest. It's because of Kayla and James that I would highly recommend this facility above the others!
