Move in was very easy. Contactless was great

It was a first time using a remote assistant to check in and was surprisingly easy and efficient process

Everything is good except two things I went there a couple of times and I found the gate wide open, also there is no source of power in the unit other than that good customer service great price and very clean units

No issues, fast response on the text line while I was there. Price about the same as everywhere else. It's not super cold in the climate control or anything, but nothing to complain about.

I was told I had to pay a months rent on my old unit before I could complete the rental on my new unit. The site representative said we would be pro-rated for the old unit and be refunded the difference. We called and was told they don't do any such thing.

This place is easy accessible. It's clean and worry free. I did have a little problem with finding my unit upon moving in, for the inside unit numbers are not on the outside of the building. You have to actually go inside of a door that looks like it's only accessible to workers. I figured it out though, and everything went well.

Great customer service. Did not realize I had to purchase insurance. Should of been specified on the online service. Overall great customer service.

These storage units are very nice, clean, and easy to access. My move-in experience was great, and the young man in the office was incredibly helpful with setting me up and buying accessories and boxes for my unit and move. I highly recommend!

I was in need of a storage locker as well as a place to store a travel trailer. Midgard was able to accommodate both for a great price, I searched around. Signing up was easy to do online and when I arrived to start unloading I noticed that I had assumed that I only needed a 10x10 space when in reality I needed a 10x15. They quickly found me what I needed on the fly and got me setup with the new space before I unloaded the truck. The staff was very friendly and attentive, so the customer service gets an A++ from me, thank you.

I was not sure what size storage I needed but after a tour of the facility I was impressed by the size, how clean and price of what I was getting. I highly recommend this facility to anyone no matter how big or small of space needed
