I don't know who these people are who say they are great because as soon as they took over, customer service is not there and I've had exceptionally rude people, rates went up dramatically, you can't get a human over the phone without holding a very long time, the regional calls me back until later and then still not leave a number to get ahold of him. Ummm, I work! HORRIBLE!
