The woman in the front office was beyond helpful. It was almost the end of the day and she was still extremely friendly and was a real pleasure to work with.

This is the second time I've used this facility they have always been first class and always ready to assist.

I rented a storage for my daughter to store her items for the summer break. Not only was I provided with a prepay discount, I experienced great customer service. Jan and the other guy that works the front desk are awesome. Jan send me the required paperwork in advance of me arriving to Nashville. The gentleman had me in and out within minutes. The cleanliness and customer service is unmatched. I highly recommend this facility if you need storage in the Brentwood-Nashville area.

The lady working in the office, I believe her name was Jan. She's an absolute gem, we made an instant connection through our love for movies and film making. She made me feel like a million bucks. She's more real and caring than most my actual friends. I'm going to stop in just to say hi when I visit my storage unit and she how she is doing every time.

Herb was super friendly and the facility was clean and easy to access. Would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for one.

The facility lady on duty was a real pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions as well as giving me some extra info to help me out as this was my first time renting a storage unit.

The facility was familiar with college students rentals and offered $10 off per month when I fully expected to pay the full amount. Check in was quick and efficient and the staff very friendly. Units were very clean and easy to move in to.

Everything was very easy and efficient. Great experience so far. We have moved everything in, and will get it in a few months.

Convenient location, secure and well-lighted. Outstanding on-site management and fairly priced. My only complaint is that they are too quick on the draw with assessing late penalties. I have health/hospitalization issues and my job requires lengthy trips. A longer grace period would be appreciated.

Brentwood Stor-N-Lok is a gem. This was my first experience renting a storage unit personally, but through friends, I've seen quite a few facilities around Nashville, and Stor-N-Lok is a great value. Everyone I met in their office was personable, polite, and helpful as I was completing my paperwork. My unit was clean and easy to access, and move-in was a breeze since I was able to choose a unit close to the exterior door. So happy I had a friend search online for me instead of going with the first thing I saw driving around town. Frankly, it's probably more secure because the location is not directly off a main road. Can't say enough about the mom-n-pop feel there. I've gone with friends to other (larger, well-advertised) facilities, and the staff have been rude, unhelpful, and even non-responsive. Herb (owner/manager) called me to confirm my online request within 24 hours of it being submitted, helped me choose my unit size based on the items I was bringing (it ended up being the perfect size), and provided me with all the information I needed before move-in day to make it go smoothly. Jan (?) in the office was extremely helpful as I went through the paperwork and was a refreshing dose of sunshine on a rainy day(figuratively and literally). Would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family!

Very easy access and clean units. The owner was a very personable man that I enjoyed talking with. I would recommend this storage place to anyone looking for it in Brentwood.

Convenient, easy to load in and out, and clean. On-site manager. Less than 10 minutes to complete paperwork. Great find with student discount.

So far, we are pleased with service ... agent returned calls and emails in a timely manner; helpful agent on duty; paperwork was simple to complete; easy to access unit; reasonable rate; secured lot. So far - so good!

They make up their own rules. They will sell your personal property without notice, refuse to take payments, and will not give our ownership information. Do your research and think twice about leaving your property here.

The storage place is fenced, locked and secure with the owner living on site. Easy to sign up, and friendly staff. Willing to be helpful and flexible. A little tricky to find the first time, but worth the hunt.
