Overall, I had a great experience with CubeSmart. There was some confusion about a promotion because I was initially told the unit would be 40% off the sale price, but later learned the sale price already included the 40% discount. Other than that, everything was great. The onsite employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the best unit for my needs. Their excellent customer service made the process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their help and would recommend CubeSmart to others. ??
