I would recommend this facility to anybody. Affordable and close to downtown Nashville.

Move in process was easy. Office staff were helpful. Can't beat the price.

A 10x10 unit that you can drive up to, with code enabled security gate,and 24 hrs camera monitoring. Unit came with a light bulb for when it's dark,and 80$ a month sealed the deal.

Very tight corners at Storage facility to get my trailer around . I was not told there could be issues with trailers and facility. I rented from until after Arrived and spoke to staff at the facility.If you have a full size pickup and trailer thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s over 12 ft long , you will not get around the corner at the location that I rented from

I had to move out of my place sort of out of the blue, and very quickly, and I was able to reserve a storage unit the day before I needed it with no issue. When I got there, I realized the one I booked was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but Don was incredibly helpful, and was able to find me the best price on a larger size, and even helped me compare prices and seasonal deals I could use to get the best deal and scenario for me. Don went above and beyond to help me get the best storage situation, and I highly recommend renting from them!

Plenty of cameras and the unit was clean If it was only in a better area

My moving plans quickly became chaotic when my truck rental was pushed back. I no longer had the time to drive to the original storage unit I had reserved before the office closed. I spoke to someone named Lisa (I think) via the 24 hour line and she was so helpful in finding me a new storage facility which I was able to quickly move into before my truck was due the next morning. When I was on the way, I called and Rebecca was so nice and chill and quickly got me set up with a unit. I'm so grateful for the good customer service and easy-to-navigate COVID policies that made this rental SO simple and quick.

Movers were supposed to meet me between 1-3 this past Saturday to pick up my things from storage, but instead didn't arrive until around 4:15. This facility closes at 5 and the movers were going to have to use a side gate not operated by my pass code. The manager there was more than happy to come back by to lock the gate when I was finished!!!

The area is safe and the units are clean. The staff was amazing and it made the entire moving process smooth and easy!

This office has a very friendly staff. I was in and out and didn't feel rushed. My unit has an oil spot from the previous user. Before I could even mention it, the salesperson offered a large tarp to cover it.

The facility is nice but when I called spare foot to make a reservation I was quoted 170 but at the facility they could only do 200. I Didn't have a choice so I went with it.

I REALLY WISH THEY HAD TOLD ME UP FRONT THE INSURANCE $11 A MONTH WAS REQUIRED THAT WASN'T EXPLAINED CLEARLY AT ALL

It's ok, the area looks a little shady, and the lanes between units are a bit too narrow for a large uhaul/penske (took some maneuvering). However, the security gate was in full working order. For short term storage, this is fine. I wouldn't do a longterm stay here though.
