Clean and convenient I received a storage unit the same day I called to reserve it.

Very helpful and insightful indeed. Although the unit wasn't the exact measurement I paid for it wasn't off by much the staff bent over backwards trying to make sure I was satisfied...I am..thanks sparefoot and cube smart

staff is wonderful and cater to my needs. I continue to have an issue with companies and agencies forcing you to pay for insurance. I am forced into paying insurance on items that have no monetary value for me. I obviously understand the risk if I do not have insurance. this form of thievery is an unacceptable Injustice that strips us of a simple freedom of making a choice. I do not need you or anyone else to protect me from myself and make decisions based on your own personal greed.

I only wanted to move some stuff out of my house to clear up space but the service was so great I want to stop by just to say hi the customer service was so great itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s more like a home away from home than a storage facility I love it

Great customer service but I think the pricing was just a little too high.

So far so good. In and out in 20 minutes.

Overall I'm satisfied with this facility, however, I did not like the required insurance that was not disclosed when I was price shopping. It added cost to my monthly fee that I did not anticipate.

Cindi made the whole process easy and straight forward.

I did not realize "unit rent" min. of $12.00 was required if I did I would have arranged w/my insurance "in advance"....I do not need $2k of insurance in a 5x5' unit (crazy). I will find my own insurance and THEN the unit will be the best value in Nashville! The location is in the center of Nashville and they have an on-site 24hr video monitoring for safety.

Very kind, concerned, knowledgeable staff. Offered us water several times because it was very hot. Clean facility.

I wrote a review last week praising Cindi Greathouse and this week I must commend Kerry for his ready helpfulness when we returned and I had left the keys to our lock in another state. He and Jordan were pleasant and quick in helping us get into our unit. Thanks guys.

The employee was very informative and friendly and she got us checked in no time. The unit was super clean and easily accessible. I would recommend this facility to a friend.

Staff was very helpful, procedure was easy and simple.

Best prices I could find for the space. I think the staff was still training or transitioning because the paperwork part was a little long and somewhat confusing but all things considered, seems like a good place.
