I was very satisfied with the rental process. The lady that checked me in was extremely sweet and helpful. I was unsure of the unit would be Big enough,but she was very patient while I did measures just to make sure. I would recommend to anyone.

They were ready for me to move in, everything was prepared for me and they made me feel comfortable about storing my belongings with them. Spare foot had a lower price for them than what they said and when I asked them about it, they gave me the lower price with no questions asked.

Easy to get in and out of. It's usually emotion involved with renting space. They made it easy

CubeSmart has been great, and I was able to find a location that wasn't far from where I was living that had decent rates (rates vary by location) ... the location seems relatively secure, too. If train horns bother you, make sure you get a unit near the office, rather than in the back of the lot!

I loved the easy to use web-page, then the person that called to check on the reservation was so sympathetic and help full.

After a stressful day of moving in and out of our house in little time, we needed a storage place. cube smart seemed like the best choice for the price and the manager on duty was really nice.

This storage facility is clean and security is very good. The personnel workers is very courteous. My move in storage went very well and no problems arise.

When I took my first load to storage I was treated so special by Paul. It was time for him to close and I was just getting in from Missouri and ask him to please give me directions since I had never been there. He stayed on the phone with me til I got there and even filled out my paperwork so I could unload . Thank you for being so kind ! Joyce Waugh

Michelle and Chuck (?) that I dealt with are both just awesome. I ended up having to rent two storage units and they were both so nice and so helpful. I had never rented one before and they gave me a lot of tips on packing and utilizing my space. Great folks!

I sacrificed a better price for a more convenient location but staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Very disappointed though that signage out front indicates special offers not offered at this location.
