Was as presented online. Went w outside unit even though I wanted a climate controlled one. The difference wasn't worth the money to me. Amanda was great and very helpful and patient while I deliberated.

Excellent self storage unit. Was very easy to set up, the customer service is great. Facility is clean, safe, they do security walks daily. Overall, easy place to work with and will recommend to others.

Even though there was a temporary computer problem, the staff person was NOT going to let that interfere with me getting access to my storage space and beginning to load in my stuff; he went out of his way to be considerate of MY needs.

The customer service was not that great and we were starting to lose hope of finding a good place. However, from the moment we stepped foot into this location we were greeted with smiles and people who were genuinely interested in helping us. The ladies made everything easy and were extremely helpful.
