Staff was very attentive to my needs. Very polite. Facility is well protected and very neat and clean. I was not able to get back to put a lock on it and manager called me and informed me of walk through. Put a lock on for me until could get there next day. Very satisfied.

I’m a property manager that travels I put my items in storage may of last year . I came today to retrieve my items as I have finally moved to a permanent location. When I arrive to my storage to my surprise all my items furniture clothes boxes had been infested with mice! Today dropping urine blood in my mattresses/ furniture beds . I was not able to keep any of my items management state they just found out about this issue however the mice are skeletons barely any fur . My question is it doesn’t matter when you found out why wasn’t any one informed ! And then I was told well because my unit was close to the field it kind of happens . Again I am a property manager of a multi family property and in managing said property located around neighborhood gardens and shrubbery . I’ve never had a rodent / bug infestation I didn’t take immediate action on and notify my tenants as I did so. Being told “ we just found out “ when the rodent have clearly been day for months is unacceptable! My entire three bed home was in this storage and I lost everything

I was referred to this storage facility upon talking to a friend who rents a unit from Mini Storage. He explained the facility was very clean, we'll maintenanced with climate control, and they're very competitive on their pricing. I looked up the facilities info on SpareFoot and easily secured a unit within minutes. I met a representative their the next day, signed my move-in docs within a few minutes, and moved into a climate- controlled, clean, and secured unit that day I would recommend this storage facility to family and friends for sure.

Considering the last storage unit I had and the condition of it, this storage facility is top of the line.

I like this space and it’s affordability for me. The staff has been kind and ease of entry and exit is nice too. The “free month” is a marketing ploy. They pro-rate whatever days are left in the month. If you move in on September 2nd, I think you’d get a free month. I moved in days before the end of the month and those were the only FREE days I was given when a few month is advertised. Be cautious and enjoy the prices in general. ☺️

Kyle’s kind and attentive nature made the sign-up process a very pleasant experience. He went out of his way to ensure that we were renting the best unit for our needs. When moving my daughters belongs into the unit, all of the other employees were also friendly and very helpful. The facility itself is extremely clean and well maintained. If you are in need of a storage unit, I highly recommend renting using this facility. We needed to move up in size from the space that we originally rented. The manager, Jeremy, was extremely helpful and professional. He assisted us with finding the right unit for our needs and made the reservation process seamless. The facility is clean and very secure. Brand new, Beautiful, Fair price, Close to home, and 24 hour accessible. The trifecta of perfection. I have almost 3 households stored at this time and it takes time to go through all of it trying to reduce it. Working 2 jobs severely limits the hours I can work on it. I was very impressed with the helpfull staff and with the property it self who ever designed the layout was using there brain because if you need it its there from electronic outlets to a bathroom which is very nice you don't have to stop what your doing lock everything up and go down the street to find a bathroom you can take care of business and get back to what your doing. So far I have been here for 24 hours and have found everything I have needed on my own so like I said very accommodating
