I had trouble the first visit exiting and there was no one available for help. I also called the number, but I did not get an immediate response. It took a little while, but I finally exited. Also, the website said I could use my own lock, but I had to use the barrel lock that was provided.... not a real issue, but again, there wasn't anyone around on my first visit to answer questions for help.

Great space for the price. Convenient do it yourself check in. Love the app. Nobody was there to help us though and it was super hard to find our unit. Minus that we are fine with it.

I had shopped around and your place was the last on my list. Had already decided on anther facility with a 5x 7 and your unit was a bit more expensive but she told me if I were to go on line I could get a better deal. Not liking to go on line and do anything she did it for me and gave me a better price and was able to give me a 5 x 10 which I was glad I did. She was very helpful for me.Her customer service skills were wonderful.

When I made a reservation online within an hour the property manager called me to discuss everything. Honestly this was probably the easiest deal I have made during my move process. When I needed a bigger unit there was no issue on price or changing units around. The manager Amanda is an amazing asset to this company and the whole process.

This is the second Public Storage facility I have used. Both times they have had a manager living on site. I think that adds an extra layer of security. The property was clean, easily accessible and they have gone to an internal style lock that negates the need for an external padlock. Very satisfied with the special online rate I got and the property manager's input and attention.
