Only issue I had moving in was gate broke after we got in and it took a while to get property manager back on site and to get gate open. Gate still not fixed 3 days later.

Rented 10x10 unit and it was more spacious than I imagined. Nice to not have to purchase insurance as most facilities I checked required it even though I had coverage on my home owners policy

I've used public storage more than once in my life. I've never had any issues there. The facility od kept clean and in order. No one has tampered With my unit. The manager Sherry was helpful. I've looked at other storage units and their "move in deal" was a scam. With public storage there's no false advertisement. What they offer you get. And if i am ever in need of storage I will always go there because its a trusted place

Sherry and Michael have both been very professional and accommodating in person and over the telephone to my inquiries and specific storage needs. Sherry was also accommodating and apologetic in switching my unit after I expressed particular security concerns to her regarding the initial unit I rented the day before; I'm quite appreciative of their professionalism at that location thus far.

Sherry was awesome!!! She was very helpful, explained everything and had a great attitude even though it was HOT. I observed her cleaning the vacant units and making sure the facility was maintained for future renters. If you see the will return sign on the door, she is making sure the upkeep of the facility is being done. I enjoy using Public Storage. I think the cleanliness, accessibility and employees has everything to do with why I use Public Storage for my storing needs.
