Public Storage - Madison - 201 Williams Ave

Second time I've tried to make a review. Can never get them by phone. Moved out and never could get anyone to close the account. Trying to charge for something I'm not even using. Never again.

I have rented a unit for about 12 months always paid my bill 2 weeks ahead of time. Well I moved out on the 28th of November and did and online vacate on the 29th of November. I tried to reach out to the manager to get a closing on the unit all week. Was in the store on the 3rd of December,lady said she would close the account. As of the 4th of December the account is still open and they are wanting payment for something I am not renting. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Still waiting for closure.

The whole process was quick and easy and resonable

So fair so good. DOM at the Madison TN office was super helpful and nice. Did an awesome job and made sure I had everything I needed. It's only been about a week or so sense I got the unit a little less. But so far so good.

Very efficient, helpful staff; facility office & storage areas are worn but adequate.

Everyone was very helpful and kind, and the price for the quality of the unit is exceptional!

I love this place they are very nice to me when I come in and pay my bill they treat me with the respect

Horrible experience. Staff didn't seem like they knew what to do. Directed to unit that was occupied, had to move truck multiple times.

Girls In the office for fast courteous and very knowledgeable. I was able to rent a small unit and be on my way.

The person that took care of me, Tess was very professional and informative. She asked the right questions at the storage facility on Williams Street in Madison. I appreciated the information that she provided in regard to boxes, mattresses and other items that might be helpful with my storage needs.

Really nice people and service. A few things were not explained to me when I viewed the unit like I would have to buy a lock from public storage and I had to have insurance also from public storage as well, so I ended up paying more than expected when I signed the contract. Overall great service!

Staff are friendly and efficient and willing to assist where they can, however, the gate to the storage units is perpetually out of order, standing wide open for anyone to enter. We had a problem with roof leakage too but the ladies in the office had it fixed in no time. We were also given a rude awakening when even before our six month rental we were told there would be an increase in the monthly rate, making the unit more expensive than their competitors. After we complained the rate has been dropped to the original price.

While the staff are professional & friendly, the time it is taking to fix the door and light in my unit is taking a ridiculous amount of time.

Amanda was great. She resolved all issues concerning my storage unit promptly and politely. It is my deepest most sincere hope that you appreciate her service to your company.

Shemika is and excellent employee , takes pride in her work, very friendly, and efficient, helped me with her being under the weather, had a smile on her face and so professional, I'd recommend everyone to come enjoy your great experience. Thanks Shemika, such a great person. And thanks for the lovely personality. Oh yes I'd come back any time.

Fun , easy and the staff are always showing their truest empathy to whatever situation. Absolutely love the manager at the 201 Williams Ave Madison, TN 37115 location , she was awesome!!

I lobe the locati and how I can stop by anytime to get my things. Only problem I have is how I have to back up to leave the storage unit. Service was great and kind . pricing is decent

She was very informative

When the employee took us to see the storage we rode on a golf cart. No cover around or on it and boy was it freezing and windy. This is awful to treat a new customer. Would you like to ride on it in the cold oh NO? This made me hesitate about how the customers are treated

I like the fact that I was able to get a drive up unit at such a great deal.

All good on everything except.............weekly rates would have made it perfect for me. I only needed a unit for 2 weeks. Ended up paying$130.00 ,a full month. That's the only bad thing. Feels like I just gave my money away.

Public Storage has great move in deals depending on the location and great customer service.

I'd recommend public storage based on the guy that helped me. If he hadn't been there I probably wouldn't have used them. The girl was eating her lunch at the desk, it was very unprofessional. Another lady that worked there stood in front of the computer the guy was helping was on pushing me to the side and made it uncomfortable because she wouldn't move when I need to sign something. The guy who helped was very professional, he took me around and showed me the storage id get. The prices were great. He notice the light was out in my unit and it was never replaced my whole stay there. There was no pull string on my door which made it very difficult to pull the door down when I was finished. It was an ok experience. But the women in there could seriously work on their customer service and professionalism
