Bree was nice and professional, the unit was clean but by the dumpster there is a lot of trash on the ground around the dumpster and the keypad when you exit has a column right in front of it making it a little difficult for someone short or with short arm to get to the keypad without unbuckling or opening the door

They were extremely helpful. Although they didn't have the size unit I originally reserved, they upgraded to a larger sized unit for no additional fee.

It would have been nice to get the special price on the first month. Even though I am down-sizing, it was the first time in that space.

Your manager was very considerate and helpful. I am a little person who sometimes could use some extra help. She went above and beyond. I also have been a manager for over 10 years and I can tell you, if all your managers treat your tenants like she does, you can not help but to be successful.
