I was a little unsure & insecure going into this storage unit...however, I was really lucky because Mgr Brandy Nestell calmed my fears; explained everything clearly & was so friendly that it gave me back the personal confidence of doing this company. She's a exceptional people-person. I am so glad that she's so well-trained that made it easy to answer all of my questions -- she knew all the answers & explained all the facts in detail. Exquisite manager! TY so much!

The service was a little slow due to computer issues. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. The storage unit itself is doable but the area is a little run down and looks used. I'm new to the area so this may be normal but back at home most storage units are more newer looking and spotless. There were some bugs and stains in the unit. But nothing bad enough where I wouldn't want to use their facility. It was decent enough.

Public Storage made my first experience using a storage facility easy. I made my reservation online from another state and was pleased to find that the facility was as promised when I arrived. I deducted 1 star because I was not informed about the mandatory lock fee when I reserved the unit, so I did not expect this cost. It was not a huge deal, though, because I was getting a really good online promotional rate for the 1st month. I just prefer to be made aware of all costs upfront.
