Units and hallways are kept super clean, very secure and easy way to access your unit. I was able to move in within minutes of finalizing my paperwork, all done online, I got a free month’s rent and a free lock!!! Super helpful staff. Highly recommend!

This storage facility has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Donnell is incredibly helpful and made sure I was all set with my rental, access, and anything I needed. Caitlyn was also very helpful when establishing my rental. The facility itself is clean, and has perfect access and parking. Highly recommend!

Every person I interacted with was pleasant and professional. The place was very clean. The lighting and log in made me feel very safe.

Units were larger than expected and halls were easy to navigate. They had plenty of carts to help move and the place is very secure

Entering the facility was easy with the provided access code, and after speaking with an employee regarding payment and applied insurance to monthly payments, the rest of the visit was a breeze. Our space was more than adequate for my things and we successfully got in and got out with what we needed.

I just started using this facility and I must say that the customer service here is amazing. The property manager, John has been very helpful in terms of helping me locate my unit and showing me how to properly lock my unit. He even took his time to fully break down what the renter's insurance covers and how to turn on autopay in the public storage app. His patience and kindness is really appreciated.

Very easy registration process, and moving instructions made it very easy. Definitely recommend!

John provided terrific service and was very welcoming. He was patient, clearly explained each step and made sure we had all that we needed. Very happy and impressed with the building and all the security measures.

We reserved and paid for the unit online and arrived and moved in without any issues. The office wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open but I received all codes via online. Great experience. I would recommend highly.

I had a wonderful initial experience at this facility. I found Amelia to be helpful, professional and friendly. I also found the manager ( I believe her name is Monica) to also to helpful. The facility is clean, quiet and easily accessible. There is a covered garage/overhang so that unless parking spaces are not available, I don't have to worry about moving my things in and out of storage when the weather is inclement. There is additional parking (with designated spaces) to the side of the building.

Monica is the best!!! She went above and beyond to help me get moved in quickly and painlessly. Thanks so much and I appreciate y'all 🙂

Kinda confusing to find the place because the address doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t lead you there if you put it directly into Google maps, but the facility itself is really clean and the staff members are really friendly.

Online paperwork saved time. Sparkling clean facility. Easy access to storage locker, easy in-and-out of parking garage. Convenient to Vanderbilt U (10 min away).

Everything was easy peasy. We got worried when our reservation got canceled by the system, and we weren't able to get the unit we were shown when we made the reservation. On the day of though, they still had availability and the girl behind the counter was kind and very helpful making sure we got the initial reservation price we had made and got us a unit just a little further than the one we had wanted. Good customer service!

The customer service absolutely impeccable here. Not only are the workers friendly & nice, but they're funny!! This location has such great units at phenomenal prices here that I actually drive 20 minutes just to store my things here. You can't beat their rates or their effortless signup process!! They got me signed up for auto pay, my online account created, and my account set up and the only thing I had to do was hit a couple Accept buttons and sign once or twice on the iPad! It was 100% effortless!! Not to mention, it's locked down like Fort Knox in there, so you can rest assured that your things are SAFE. This location in Nashville, TN on 5th Ave is AMAZING!!!! Brandi and Larry are the greatest ever!!! I highly recommend this location!!!

There was a crime scene inside of the facility so they decided to close all week. I completely understand closing for a day because of it but until further notice? Not cool. I had all my stuff on a trailer when this happened and I thought I would get help from the manager but instead we were told that nothing would be done about it and I wouldn't be able to access the facility until further notice. I had to go to a different company to put the rest of my storage away so now I have two units in two different places.

Great storage area and the process of reserving a space was fast and easy.

I had to move out of my apartment fairly quick and Larry in the front office made it so easy to rent this unit! I was in and out of the office in less than half an hour and was very pleased with how clean the unit was and how easy it was to access it. Thank you so much! Great service!

So I get here at the storage unit to unload and there are absolutely no carts to be found anywhere, apparently they are stuck on the elevator somewhere. Do you know how inconvenient this is? What a joke!

Beautiful new storage spaces! The ac works great and the facility is very clean. Staff was all super helpful and the free carts made it very easy to move in. The location is excellent and price was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend it!

It was really hard to find where the rental office was and where to park. Everything else was fine.

From the timing to the location to Miss Linda I could not have found a better place to place my belongings after a long move across country. It was another welcome to Nashville that was most appreciated
