When I called on Saturday to inquire about my storage, I found out that I picked the wrong one. Pam did an outstanding job in finding me a 10 x 10 environmental storage space, if I could come and fill out my paperwork. I went to the Goodlettsville Storage Facility and Pam got busy with my paperwork and explained things to me. I filled out my paperwork and sign my lease, looked at the storage unit and was off. One person came in after me and Pam explained to her it would be a few minutes to get to her. You have an excellent employee with Pam and she knows her stuff. I hope that she can stay on there as your agency representative, or you will lose a lot of knowledge to this agency.
