When we booked the reservation with customer service over the phone they assured us there were 2 electronic gates - 1 in front - 1 in the back section. When we arrived we discovered the 2nd gate that secures the vehicle storage area is not functioning. In addition, multiple outside cameras are not working. This is of concern and would appreciate all being fixed. We also want to compliment the excellent customer service we received from the Property Manager, Brandon Logue. He was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

The check-in process on line is a little confusing but once you have completed the information it gives you access to your storage unit immediately. That is the big plus. You can only access the facility between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am, 7 days a week. The big downside is the assistance. Due to the staffing shortage at this facility if you run into any problems, plan on fixing it yourself or waiting a few days till they can help. My space was very tight for my pontoon. If I had very little experience backing trailers or wasn't an expert, the spot assigned to me would not have worked. The spots are very tight. A tractor with a trailer ball attachment would have made this much safer. Regardless if you are looking for covered storage at a very reasonable price, this is a perfect place.

Upon our arrival from out of state, the storage spot for our travel trailer was too small. Sophia was extremely helpful by giving us our choice of a few other spots. We would highly recommend this storage facility to others in need of storage.
