The unit is to expensive for anybody.

Went 2 days in a row. First day had a bit of a wait. Nothing terrible. Saved me from having to keep everything on uhaul truck. Next day went very smoothly and got 2nd unit. Very helpful and fast.

Exceptional customer service, property manager really knowledgeable helpful and friendly. The facility is a bit older and smells a bit musty which is my only concern, but overall cheapest unit I found in town and fits my needs.

From the first phone call until the actual day of rental the staff was helpful. Phone calls confirming everything were helpful. We actually were having to move stuff in the midst of the corona virus crisis and even that was handled very professionally and correctly by the staff on site. Will definitely recommend to others

Getting a moving truck to your storage spot can be a bit tricky due to tight spaces between the buildings

If I still owned my businesses, I would try to hire her away!! I'm retired now; but, do all you can to keep Laura...because she's excellent.

Laura and Patrick were excellent, providing a thorough understanding of the contracts, took us on a full tour of the facility and describing the advantages of renting with US Storage. They also went the extra mile in making sure we were pleased with our experience with them.

I was there when several other people checking-in. Even so both patrons took the time to explain each thing to me.. Went over contract very thoroughly. I am very pleased.

I would recommend any one on a basic budget, or some one in need of a of secure pace to keep its prize prcestion, take a look at us storage, it was almost going home to store for a while.

Unit was a little bigger in dimensions than a regular 5*10 ( a plus point for me since i had more stuff). Road work was going on at the storage so i had to park my car far away & walk to & fro to my rental storage unit. Though the storage unit i booked was specifically climate controlled it felt hot in my storage

This facility is good, clean, cheaper than other storage places. The staff is also kind and very helpful. I liked it.

The facility is clean. The storage unit I was assigned is outside the security gate, which I am unhappy about. I also was not told that the insurance was not a part of the quote, which makes the unit just as high as others in the area. I probably won't stay a tenant long because of these reasons.
