First time customer and I was impressed. Great crew, they answered my questions and were very friendly.

Reservation and leasing the storage was very quick and painless. The unit was a little tricky to find because I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t given a building #, just a unit #. About a dozen buildings and numbers did not flow in order from building to building. I was lucky and mine was close to the gate so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to search long. Unit was clean. Would recommend this facility.

The chosen code didn't work. Three calls were made about the problem on Saturday 08/03/24. The first 2 calls during the afternoon and the other one about 9:45 pm. Neither of the three persons with whom we spoke, told us we could get in with a temporary code. Did they not know this? If not, why? It was a terrible at experience for us. I would give those customer service reps an F. In fact, I think you should refund us at least the cost of 1 day of extend the rental 1 day.

This company is a ripoff. I'm in a covered space and just got notice that my space was going to $240 a month in Jan. I talked to another renter that just move in to the same covered space and is paying $87.50. I talked to the man as the desk and he told me that that was just to get in the spot ands price would go up. The problem is that every time they raise hospice mine also goes up. They have no respect for long term renters. I don't know what idiot came up with this business model.

James the Regiobal Manager really went above and beyond to help us out. My husband misunderstood the closing time for Sundays and we were 15 minutes late to move our new RV in. We had no place to park RV overnight. James really worked with us and we were able to park overnight and completed the paper work on Monday.

It took awhile to get a vacant room big enough and they had no temperature controlled units which is what I needed. I was stuck with an outside unit. It appears that they need more temp controlled units. But I did find the staff nice and caring!
