Very friendly employees. Explained everything thoroughly, was given a bottle of water and when they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have the unit I reserved they helped accommodate to find me the next best option. Really awesome experience.

They made an out of stater feel confident that their items would be safe in all aspects from theft to climate control all the way to any time of animal. The manager, she is a gem, and her staff reflects her perfectly. They make you feel so comfortable with any question or issue you might have. I would recommend Madison St. Self Storage to everyone that asks me definitely.

My unit in Shelbyville, TN has NO operational lighting near it and every time I need to look for something I have to use a flashlight just to see let alone look into boxes. I asked an employee about this and was told lighting was on order and would be fixed and it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t several weeks later. This is unacceptable and a safety issue. Then the fee was recently increased significantly. With the additional cost renters are paying there should be able to adequate lighting throughout the facility.

They are always willing to help when I am so forgetful.

I rented a storage unit from here, and never got a number to get into the doors. I called they gave me a 1 time code, the door opened and closed instantly and I still couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get in. I tried to cancel my subscription but I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do that being I had to go there to do so, and I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have time to go up there by there hours due to my work. Wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend.

Madison St. Self Storage in Shelbyville Tennessee has been the best choice for my specific storage needs. The entirety of their storage units are climate controlled and indoors as they are build inside an old grocery store building. The facilities were brand new and very clean and well lit. I felt safe storing my stuff there as they have a thorough security system with cameras on every isle. Customer service was very accommodating as the details of my rental were explained to me throughly and because I rented at the end of the month I was able to get a discount on my first two months rent. Overall a very good experience.

I have stored my belongings off and on over the past ten years and Madison Street Storage is the cleanest, friendliest, best value I have come across.

This place is great. It is by far one of the cleanest storage facilities I've ever seen, and Ashley is a great manager.
