Longhorn State Storage - Amarillo

After a mixup i had about billing, Nick took the time, on a saturday, to personally call me. After talking with Nick, i can understand the mixup and he was able to take care of my billing issue. Thanks to Nick for all the help. Very much satisfied!

It is hard to get to customer service. The website doesnt have a place to make a payment. They cant find my name when i call them.Couldnt.put in a new card for payment on the website. I am sure i am getting late fees charged to my account.

All good except too far out of the way

Over all it was good the only thing is that the site I found this storage facility on says that they are 24hr access and unfortunately they are not I didn’t no that untill I was there to unload the rest of my stuff after 10pm and the gates wouldn’t open I was really looking for something 24hr access but I can’t do anything about it now other than that they are very nice and quick to answer any needs or questions you may have

Not a bad place if storage vehicle though watch the mud.

Pretty simple to reserve a storage unit. However a little more confusing when getting the actual unit number and confirmation from the local management. All were very friendly and helpful just with no one onsite we received several confirmation emails with discrepancy on the price and two different unit numbers as having been assigned to us.

This storage facility is a great place to store your items. Very easy to work with, good security and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place if you are in the need of a storage area.

Moved in and the area was well cared for and easy to access. Very friendly when we spoke as well.

Needed a place to store a new f250 during hail season. The manager-Alex didn't have a unit long enough when I called that morning. He called me back and said he made me one. I was able to move in that afternoon. Only issue is the entrance to the property is not paved so it is a little muddy and has some pretty good size potholes. Customer service was excellent though. The unit is big enough to put in a crew cab f250 with room to put in a small car also.

They were very helpful. They called back in a hurry. Got everything set up over the phone. We had access to the unit asap. Even gave us a discount. We are pleased with the service and friendly service we received.

We looked online and moved in the same day! The customer service was excellent! The unit was upgraded to a larger one since the one we originally wanted was not available! The location is close to us and the easy access is nice!

I called the number on the building and a real person answered, explained the unit to me, answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the process stress free and pleasant.

The customer service is great. The price is reasonable. There was some dirt in the unit.

Place is great, clean, cheap. Only issue is tight paved area. Plenty of gravel and grass to drive in though if needed. End turn around is tight is you have a longer trailer. Would recommend though!

Longhorn State Storage has a clean facility, loved the price, the person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helped me out, easy access, and super secure. I thought it was too good to be true when I booked my 10x20 for so cheap! I was further surprised when I pulled up to a brand spanking new facility. All fenced, well lit and secure. Highly recommend!
