Everything was great, easy access, easy reservation, the only thing I'd recommend is having someone sweet or air blow out the units before someone moves their stuff in. I had to sweep out the whole unit as it had 4 layers of dirt on the floor as well as the walls. But no biggie just a recommendation.

Good move in time. Only problem was the code did not work for me to get in.

The whole process was a breeze and if myself or anyone else I know ever needs a storage this is the pis the place I'll most definitely go.

The process of getting the storage was quick and quite painless. However, the customer service that I received when I tried to call the main office or headquarters rather was horrendous! She was so rude! Luckily the manager on site the next day was very helpful and courteous.

The space is nice and the promo was good, but the price is high if I were to keep the unit long term.

The process for reserving and obtaining the storage was extremely convenient. Fast and efficient.

Parking space is a bit tight even for my small camper but it does fit. The person who completed by application was an absolute delight with a willing sense of humor. Thanks for all.
