We are very happy with the ease of renting our unit. The price is good, the unit and property is clean, the customer service was excellent! So glad we found this place

The rental process was so easy. The staff I spoke to was very professional and nice. We moved our things into our unit, they have carts right there available for you to load your things on, made it extremely to get your things from your car to your unit. I have nothing but good things to say about this particular facility

The process was very fast and easy. I like that everything is on-line including billing. It saves time on my part including downloading documents. We received feedback quickly. Nice facility. Great location. Inside access was a breeze. Loved the elevators and storage carts. Great place to rent. Very clean.

I've needed to get into storage multiple times after 9pm. Internet says you're open til 10pm.

This was one of the horrific experiences I have ever had in what one would think is a legitimate business, and it may be SOMEWHERE in America, but this business sure as hell doesn't exist at this site -- 6619 S. Western, Amarillo, Texas. I have rarely run into such a dysfunctional, ludicrous sort of people who don't even have the common sense to tell me over the phone that there is no office! Vanessa was "friendly" but was the most unhelpful human being that I have ever encountered in a business situation. I am still angry with what I had to go through with this "pretend" office and storage unit. Evidently, they run this place by remote. God only knows where they are literally located, and why couldn't Vanessa just have told me she wasn't located on the premises. She made the entire experience very confusing and frustrating! My recommendation to people would be to run, not walk, away from this place, Spare Box. It's a hell of a way to handle a business.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been looking for a good deal on a 10ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂ捶20ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂ拌ll I did was google it and this one came up for $134, better priced then they offered at there unit was $159. I thought it was a drive up so it was a little disappointing but overall satisfied with the unit. They have multiple elevators and doilies to us to unload everything you need! Overall very happy with this decision for this unit. I will be recommending to anyone who needs one!

Great location super secure and they made storing everything very easy elevators climate controlled I couldn't be more happy with the choice that I made

I called another place first and she told me not to call Spare Box but gave me a few other places to call. I actually called Spare Box immediately after that. Glad I did. The price canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be beat.

Easy storage, cleanly, but not easy to find the storage unit when first moving in. Other than that, I'd recommend to friends.
