SpareBox Storage - Amarillo - Britain and Virginia

Had a little difficulty locating you since there were two placed so close together but everything went fine.

So i had put my belongings in the elevator cause i was on the second floor. And inside the elevator the metal was bent and twisted so as it rose up i heard a splintering of wood cracking and it was then i had realized that the inside metal that was bent and messed up was cracking down on my plywood painting that costs about 1000$. Im devastated over it all and i hope that someone can make it right

Had a lot of dirt in the unit so we had to sweep but good price and great customer service.

Wonderful customer service each time I spoke with someone, they were very helpful and polite.

Easy unit to get to and very clean.

Nobody there to ask questions. When we couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find the parking space we rented, I called. Lady on the phone was in another country and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help at all.

Great floor plans, easy to find, great customer service

I have had too many bad experiences with spare box!

Everything was good it's a clean place, except the elevator broke in the middle of moving things up to the 2nd floor, we called customer support, and they said someone should go out and look at it, but we don't know when they were going to send someone out there, also we had to finish taking the rest of the boxes up the stairs, and it was hot the AC wasn't working either.

Customer service was very helpful. The facility is clean. I just wish there was lighting in my unit.

It was March 2020 COVID was running rapid I had to move ,everyone was closed or not taking any new renters at that time ,I needed a place to store all my stuff spare box had no problems renting me a unit. That was three years ago I still use them to store things I don't have room for thanks Spare box

Make sure you are there in the morning if your unit is upstairs, it is extremely hot. Great unit for the money. Only interaction is with a machine.

though I've not moved my belongings into my unit yet, I did go inside and check out my space. I was extremely pleased that it's a corner unit and there is a freight elevator to transport my boxes upstairs. very pleased.

Pros: Easy access Facility is small enough that you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to go through a maze to find your unit Customer service was fast and very helpful (within working hours) Cons: There are no pull-down ties on the doors to the storage unit. AKA when I was trying to close the door, I had to climb like a monkey up to get a hold on the door to pull it down. My movers came in the evening and the entire row of lights near my unit wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t turn on. I tried to call customer service but it was after hours, so no help. Had to leave my car running with the brights on for 3.5 hours while movers unloaded.

2 storages a half block away from each other have the same adress! Not clear which one you need to be at. They are labeled storage #2,#3. I was told to go to storage 2, wasted my movers time then told to go to 3. All interaction done via telephone or internet, so to fix a problem you must sit on hold. Very confusing and aggravating.

It would be better if we could work with real people
