Be wary! If you need help with anything, you are basically out of luck. Yes they have a number you can call and online support but I have found it to be unhelpful. I was charged twice for 1st month rent plus an additional month and never even moved into the unit. After numerous calls and emails nothing has been resolved. $200 for literally nothing.

It was a fair price, but when I saw the price difference from before sparebox bought it and to now, they still make me pay 30 more a month for the same price as another unit that I bought at the same facility...crazy lol. Working on canceling the overpriced unit

This is the first time I rented with spare box and I am definitely going to refer to all my friends. And the move in process was easy and the prices are good

When I got to the facility I was surprised to find a kiosk machine no actual person when I got to my unit the number was different from what they gave me on the kiosk and then I had gotten the wrong size try to get ahold of someone to change sizes but there's nobody there so unfortunately I'm giving it a low rating not to mention that there was birds in my unit when I got there.

Very simple to obtain a unit I like how they are built and ran .

So far I have enjoyed the facility, it's close to my house, easy access, well lite and clean.

I found everything online, it was all simple, and I didn't have to meet face to face unless I wanted to.that was exactly what I was looking for, so what else could I have asked for. . . Nothing, I found what I needed simple as that!!!

I like u can go to it any time cause I work the 2 n 3 shift so it's wired hours for me to go to my stuff

I was surprised when I got to the storage for a tour to see if I wanted to rent the unit and nobody was there but a kiosh machine. It was easier than I expected it was going to be and I am 100% satisfied with my unit. Thank you so much!

This is a great place to store anything. Prices are reasonable and units are clean. My only complaint is when you call, you arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to speak to anyone local. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s always handled by an off site customer service agent. Sometimes you just need someone on site that can help.

Fast and easy to use when in a hurry.

Clean is not that word for it!! Easy to get to and a lot of lights at night. Checking in at the kiosk was super easy and quick.
