OK, so I pre-pay for the unit and I had auto pay coming out already so they charged my account twice and then they acted like they didn’t and I had to go through customer service to send customer service a copy of my credit card statement to prove that I paid twice and the guy on the other end of the line the customer service guy he told me oh well it says they tried to take it out, but it didn’t go through when it actually did go through and then they had to offer me my money back once they you know did a investigation or whatever and they offered me my money back and then when I went and then he asked me do you want us to refund your card or do you want to just put it on this month rent and I go just put it towards this month’s rent. Then I checked to see what’s going on with my account and I was gonna take the auto pay off so I could just pre-pay it again and they’ve bumped my price from $30/month to $49, with the $12 insurance it went from 42 to 61 per month! I went on this website and got my locked in price for $30 a month and now because I went on and made them account. I held them accountable for trying to take my money and act like it didn’t come out of my account now they raise my price. I’m going to call customer service tomorrow cause they’re closed today and hopefully something will happen. This is ridiculous. I’ve been paying that much for six months. They can’t say I had a promo for that much if I’ve paid that much for six months, they don’t have promos for six months. Very frustrated.

Everything is good and safe place and best prices

from using the touchscreen enrollment in the office to explaining the gates and times for entry, April, the storage manager was amazingly competent and helpful and went well beyond normal expectations of customer service. In addition, I also saw her out and about on the Storage compound helping other customers in the same manner she helped me to get settled in and make sure everything was going smoothly. (She was even picking up debris while she was out there!) Five stars for April!

Could use a trash bin on site. Elevator would not open on 2nd floor after it was liaded. It would go up but not open.

this storage space is perfect for me. I will keep this unit for along time. The manger was very helpful to me. I just love this storage alot.

Upon calling facility did not honor agreement. Email stated 1st floor and price as advertised. Than upon calling it was not the same on there end of info that was saved.

Fairly easy to do but you need a little better instructions that the screen is a touch screen and a paper receipt for payment and information would be nice. Better instructions and how to make the monthly payments would be very helpful unless I just missed something.
