You can reserve a unit online and go to the location you chose and put your info into the kiosk and get all your info aka unit number/ gate code right there without having to deal with anyone. You can also buy a lock from a separate kiosk, or you can buy your own whatever you prefer. When I have had to talk to customer service, it was always simple and theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very kind and accommodating.

The lines and markings to locate the space are faded and difficult to see. Had a hard time locating the space.
