Rented online, contactless. Paid in full. Loaded up a trailer and truck. Arrived at unit, and... Unit I rented was occupied and locked up. Waited on the phone for 40 minutes to be switched to a smaller unit when the one right beside the original one rented was clearly vacant and unlocked? Made no sense? Contactless is nice, but pointless if nothing is as rented online. Smaller unit had no lock on it but had someone else's stuff already in it? Unit was nasty dirty. Besides moving out someone's stuff, I had to sweep out sand and leaves before moving in. There is a light in there, which is nice, but... With a 1" piece of string to turn it on? No way to reach the string unless you have a 6 foot ladder?
